Very good piece -and totally accurate. I am constantly looking for ways to reduce both my expenses and price for customers.

You will soon be able to put Microsoft into the category of Burger King! They have not kept up with the times - but hey - history has taught us that no company can stay on top forever.

Thanks for the comment Edmund. In most cases it is never too late to execute a new and exciting future. For example Dunkin' Donuts executed beautifully on their strategy as outlined in 2004 to move past being a "donut" restaurant ( http://www.fastcompany.com/magazine/89/dunkin-donuts.html ) and has even surpassed McDonald's and Starbucks as the #1 coffee brand last year.
