Great article. I especially like the part about that $12 fee. It sometimes amazes me how companies treat their existing customers. You would think that they would do everything in their power to make sure their existing customers are happy knowing that is it a lot easier to get a new customer than an existing one.

Thanks for a reminder to all of us about this important point in business.
