No doubt that corporate cultures which thrive are those which have some core ideals/values but which evolve through experience and collaboration. One of the core values of our law firm is that we are encouraged/rewarded to be entrepreneurial. For example, we have an incubator program designed to launch new practice areas, we invested time/resources to launch an online resource center for startups and experiment with new ways to reach out and contribute value to our respective client communities. While many of these ideas come from our senior leadership ranks, some come from junior associates who create opportunities to step up.
