Great post. I can't count how many times I've mentioned this to others - sales is a numbers game - and the goal is to figure out how many "inputs" you need to get the "outputs" required to sustain and/or grow your business. Keith has it exactly right, and the best part is that everybody looks at you like you are so lucky! I'm surprised Keith shared his secret :-)
